Luminous Flux
Unit: Lumen, lm Defined as the total luminous energy per unit time emitted by the light source into a sphere (360°) surrounding the light source, where the luminous flux is the radiant flux multiplied by the human eyes sensitivity. The measurement unit for luminous flux is the lumen (lm).

Unit: Lux The ratio of luminous flux and emitted area. 1 Lux’s illuminace is the luminous flux indicates on a unit area symmetrically.

Viewing Angle:
The light brightness with full angle will be half of the brightness from dead center. Different LED lighting applications will use different view angle lighting.

Luminous Efficacy
Unit: lm/W The light output of a light source divided by the total power input to that source. It is expressed in lumens per watt.

Color Temperature
Unit: K Kevin The concept of color temperature is based on the relationship between the temperature and radiation emitted by a theoretical standardized material, termed a black body radiator cooled down to a state in which all molecular motion has ceased. Usually, there are 4 common White colors in LED illumination applications: Warm White (2700-3300 K), Natural White (3500 – 4500K), Daylight White (5000-6500K) and Cold White (7000K and up).

Color Rendering Index (CRI)
A measure of a lamp’s ability to render colors accurately. The scale ranges from 1(low pressure sodium) to 100(the Sun). The higher the CRI is (based upon a 0-100 scale), the better colors appear. A CRI of 80 is considered to be very good.
